Compared to words and images, knotting, as a recording method for primitive humans to break free from time and space constraints, is ambiguous in expression. Inspired by the Inca culture's "Quipu", the work "Note&Knot" combines weaving and knotting techniques in the form of wall hanging.
Through the arrangement and combination of different weaving methods, the creation explores the texture language of weaving techniques and the cultural significance of knot recording in a single color tone.
